Friendly, licensed(#), received plumbing training (MOS) in the U.S. AIR FORCE, covers his shoes, ALWAYS courteous, arrives a tad early, cleans-up after his work is finished. We were having issues with our sump pump so we called Powerhouse Plumbers. They made us feel like we were a priority and replaced our sump pump for a far lower price than other estimates that we received for the same product. They did excellent work and they were very clean and efficient. We are customers for life! I will recommend this company to everyone. We were very impressed with the quality of of work and their prices.

From the moment Brandon arrived, to the day Brandon and Rick was here working, to finally the day when I waved good bye to Brandon after the job was finished I was very pleased with how courteous, professional and patient with me they were. I asked Brandon a LOT of questions and he answered each and everyone of them. He went above and beyond how I have been treated by other plumbers from other companies. Pricing was affordable and I have recommended the company to several people already. I know they'll be back here because they are the only plumbers I now trust in Indianapolis and I have a couple of smaller jobs that I want done. Thanks again guys!

Quick service, they ask excellent questions to determine the problem. They want to save you money and be your first call. Good prices, fast service and expert work. I will call again.

An honest and quality plumbing company. They came to give an estimate and that is exactly what I paid after thr work was completed. The tech Rickley was a really nice guy and made sure the job got done right.

Called on a Sunday for a clogged up main line, after speaking with Tina, she had a service man out to my house within two hours. I cannot remember his name, but the guy with reddish hair and glasses was very helpful. Thank you guys for great customer service, will use you in the future. After calling multiple companies, prior to my choice, I found no other company that even came close to the Powerhouse price!

A good friend recommended these guys over 2 years ago when I had an emergency at one of my rentals. They responded quickly, arrived when they promised they would be there, Brandon was extremely professional and did a quality job for what I thought was a very reasonable price. My water heater started leaking in the early hours of the morning. I knew every plumbing company would charge me and outrageous price just for showing up at my door at this time of night, not to mention the cost of a new water heater. I called around and got some prices that were a shock to me. Then I called Powerhouse Plumbers and got a nice, professional young woman named Tina. She was able to quote me a low price and had a plumber at my house within the hour! The plumber was very courteous, and had the job completed in just under an hour. I will definitely call Powerhouse Plumbers with any future plumbing issue I may have. Highly recommended!

I called roto rooter for an estimate and they were 300.00 higher than your company for a water heater. I was impressed that I was able to get an estimate over the phone as well. Great work! Highly recommended!

As a single mother, I was so happy to have finally purchased a home a few years ago. The joys of home ownership soon followed when water started coming up in my basement.



I called 'Just Drains' and, after cleaning the drain in my yard, gave me a 30 day warranty and attitude.



Wouldn't you know just over a month later it was coming up in the basement again, but got worse quick! I looked around and called Roto Rooter out because of their coupon, only they wouldn't give an estimate over the phone. It was higher than the last, but I couldn't afford more time off work, so I told them to do the job. Despite my concerns inside the basement, the tech worked on the outside drain - which proved to be ineffective. He then went downstairs and got the job done, and THEN informed me that he would need almost $400 because he had to charge for BOTH drains. Please note that this was in December - just before Christmas - so he got most of the money that was set aside for my kids presents.



Here we are just over a year later, more water - so I decided to purchase a commercial drain cleaner/auger and accept that this would need to be done on a regular basis. After paying a friend to come wade in the sewage and work to unclog the drain with no success, I once again accepted the fact that I need to call a plumber - only this time it was on a Sunday that just happens to be Valentines Day (my worst yet might I add!).



My friend called several numbers in the Yellow Pages before stumbling upon Powerhouse Plumbers and was given a rate that was too good to believe. A tech arrived within hours and worked diligently to clear the problem so it would not return anytime soon. I was presented the bill - NO CATCH - NO BULL - just awesome customer service!



I have no doubt I'll be dealing with plumbing problems as long as I own this house, but at least now I won't stress about who to call any longer. I thank you for turning a horrible day into a somewhat pleasant experience. I have already sung your praises and will share with all of my co-workers tomorrow.

I had some plumbing issues that appeared at a totally inconvienant time, well there isn't ever a convienant time for issues. I originally called Mr. Rooter....Umm BIG MISTAKE....I should have called these guys first. After Mr. Rooter didn't solve my problem, overcharged me, then made it seem like the problem was way bigger than it was by using their fancy little camera to look at my root problem I thought that I would never get this problem solved cause it was way out of my budget.



Then I decided to hit up Yellowpages.com to get a second opinon cause the first opinon was not working for my pocket. Powerhouse Plumbers solved my actual problem at an awesome price. If you have plumbing issues call these guys, don't be a victim of Mr.Rooter that made me spend $575.00 for job that worked only for 4 days then decided it was something else. Powerhouse Plumbers fixed the actual problem very quickly and only for $195.00. They were very polite and informative. Thanks to Powerhouse Plumbers I can go back to having a normal life and not be parnoid about using water in my house.

I came back from a weekend getaway to find my basement flooded with a foot of water. I called the first company I saw in the book and the tech took forever show up. I called the office and they said that he was supposed to be there at my house already.

When he arrived, he quoted me a ridiculous price for a new sump pump. After talking it over with my wife, we decided to pay the $69 dollar service fee and try our luck with another company. We called Powerhouse and someone was out within an hour and quoted me a fair price and did the work. they were clean and FAST. After receiving the bill and later compared the estimate I had received from the other company, i realized I had been quoted prices for the exact same product but $325.00 dollars cheaper with powerhouse. Way to go powerhouse! I have already referred 2 of my neighbors to you and they had the same opinion of you guys as I do.



i have to respond to the review below, just because. i work in the service field as well, just a different profession. You obviously signed the invoice and wanted the work done. What you paid for was the work to be done, not the time it took to do it. would you have payed more if it had taken the tech 5 hours to do it?? i highly doubt it. On time, clean and polite...and out of your way quickly..that's a deal in my book!

The service was prompt and the tech was polite. Contrary to the website slogan and other reviews, I felt the price was very high....just my opinion. The tech was in and out of our residence in 20 minutes and I was told during the quote that the parts were cheap, but I was paying for labor for a $250 dollar price tag. I expected the job would take a bit more than 20 minutes, but at those rates per hour, I'm changing professions.

My hot water heater broke on a Saturday morning. Powerhouse Plumbers had someone out here in the early afternoon to replace the unit. The tank was leaking, so it couldn't be fixed. The price for both the unit and labor were extremely fair. The serviceman was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I will definitely call them in the future if I have plumbing issues.

Called in for no hot water last Saturday and had somone out within 2 hours. Very fair pricing. I agree with the above comment about the tech! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is tired of paying high prices for little work.

Called several plumbing companies for estimates and they were BY FAR the lowest. Some of these companies are living in a pipe dream if they believe in this economy they can get people to pay their ridiculous prices. Then, Rickey from Powerhouse Plumbers showed up. Professional in appearance and obviously knowledgeable in his field, he explained what i would be getting for my money. 3 other companies offered me estimates of over $1,000 for a 50 gallon gas Bradford White water heater. I got mine for a few hundred less. All licensed plumbers, too. great service, great plumber, great prices. 2 thumbs up Powerhouse!

Had a couple plumbing issues that needed looked at. Had a few estimates and then called Powerhouse. Our service tech was Brandon. Off subject but WOW. That is the one of the best looking men I have ever had the pleasure of looking at in my entire life. :P Although not important, it was a nice change from the plumbers I have had here before with their fresh out of prison look.



Now, on to the plumbing issues, his companies quote was $430.00 less that the next closest company and was done exactly as he said it would be done. No surprise charges, no hidden fees. Great Service and wonderful customer service. They also offered a better warranty on their work than these other companies. Powerhouse customer for life. Thank you Powerhouse Plumbers!
