Joyce Lowry and her supervisor Michelle McGrotty are liars and thank God I was smart enough to save texts because we got it proven on record in court, but unfortunately nothing was done to these women for lying. If you want a supervisor who will harass and allow you child to be threatened, yelled at, intimidated, harassed and treated like crap, and then lie in reports to the court this is the place for you. These women should not be allowed supervise animals, let alone children!

I was court ordered to go through these people to be able to see my daughter with supervised visits.... Mind you I'm a full time fireman and EMT. Joyce had called me and said I needed to pay my ex-wife's evaluation fees and I told her it wasn't in the court papers this way and she stated if I wanted to see my daughter I would just pay it, I told her I would check with my Attourney and in 2 days time she filled something with the court saying I was refusing to comply with a court order, after that I had asked if I could go to my daughter basketball games as long as I didn't have any personal contact with my daughter and she's said no! On my first meeting with Michelle she stated that after talking with me for an hour she didn't see this stuff lasting very long and at $40 an hour that made me very happy, but Joyce, a person I have never even met face to face says it still needs to go on! We are at 10 visits now without a single negative thing wrote up about me and our visits and I still haven't met this Joyce Lowry! So at $40 am hour and two hours every Sunday you do the math, it isn't about the kids it's about the $$! Please if you have a review....write it, maybe we can get people in the system that care about people and kids and not just the money!

Joyce Lowry of the Providence Guidance Center is a scoundrel. When I first met Joyce, she was a half an hour late for our appointment and made up some ridiculous excuse that took up another 15 minutes of my time. When it came time for her to actually ask me questions, she spent a majority of her time probing my nationality. She made me feel uneasy and I sensed racist tones in her speech. There was nothing professional about how she handled herself and I'm surprised that she is even taken seriously by anyone. If you have deep pockets, you can buy her opinion to tell a family judge anything you want, because the instigator of the case I became involved in completely paid her off to fabricate a false report. She is a liar and will pretend to be compassionate to get you to tell her things to use against you in a family court. Do not trust this charlatan.

Joyce lowry is all about the money! Very unprofessional! Total Flake! Avoid at all costs!
