This place does a horrible job! Owner kept making excuses why my nails weren't down correctly. She slipped on fill and didn't even shape my sides and nail polish gel was even slopped on. My best friend who was with me and witnessed all was said and done. Another costumer that was there while I was there left and then came back to let them know in the light she noticed she needed another coat of nail polish and it was done correctly. The owner proceeded to tell her it was the way her toe grew. Just like she said my nail grew which wasn't true. I only went to this place for the first time because I was with my best friend and was right next to where we had breakfast at to give them a try. The costumer service was terrible. I didn't give her a tip she didn't deserve. I was so mad I walked out and she told my best friend I am sorry about your friend. I hope the service gets better and they don't continue to rip ppl off with their services.

The guy made my cuticles bleed. It was both of my Pinky's. He didn't paint them all of the way either. I was also charged $30, but my friend had paid $25 for the exact same thing. I had went before and I had a nail break within 4 days. I will not be returning to this place again.

The employees, like other people, have good days, as well as bad; they also make mistakes. If they ever make someone's nails bleed, they say "sorry." It's not like they do it on purpose, and I think the ladies who work their are quite nice. They might talk a lot and ramble on about stuff, but they don't have ill intentions. I enjoy my stays whenever I go, & I will still go to this place for a long time.

This was my first time going here and I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! I had the guy do my nails and he made 3 out of the 10 nails of mine bleed from being so careless. He took the drill thing they use and went around my cuticles with it cutting into my cuticles so painful. When he went to do my design he didn't even put the lines on straight he was so careless with the job he done. The lady told me he was mad at her for taking a customer at 7:30 when they close at 8 but all I needed was a fill and there was nobody there and she agreed to take me she could of said come back tomorrow and I would have rather done that then leave sore. I then went to pay for my fill and my crappy paint job and she told me it would be $35.00 and I looked at her like are you serious? 15 for fill and $10.00 for design and you are charging me $35.00 I don't think so... so after having a back and forth disagreement with her she still talked in circles trying to get the money out of me saying she is the owner and pays $4,000.00 a month at the building which is not my problem when it comes to my nails she also said it was a harder design LOL!. I then handed her the $25.00 after she finally said okay well then she said you are not going to give me a tip... how ungrateful why should I tip someone who does a poor job. I asked her if I returned tomorrow if she would fix my paint for the horrible job they done and she said if I paid her more money. Why should I pay you more money when you are the one who destroyed my nails. Needless to say I had to come home and take all the nail polish off my nails and have to go somewhere tomorrow and pay someone to repaint them as well as shape them as he made some of them square some round and didn't even bother to ask. I can not believe the horrible service I received if I was them I would be downright ashamed of myself. The ladies name was Tina she said she cares about her customers her and her husband but if she did why would you treat a customer in such a manner and not make things right. Very disappointed in this company. I would not recommend going here anytime of the day morning, noon, or night! This was my first and LAST time!!!

This place is the best! I've been coming here since they fist opened last September. They are so friendly and have always given me and my friends the best treatment. I will never go anywhere unless it's PT nails!! Thank you to the owners Tina and Bo!

Very affordable prices. The customer service is fantastic. The massage chairs are awesome, and when i walked from one chair to another they carried everything and insisted that it was my time to relax and I didnt have to do anything! The staff was very personable and my nails look great! I will def. be going back and referring them to all my firends!
