I called to schedule a showing of a property and the man who I spoke with was downright RUDE!!!! He went ranting on about how he has showed many properties and other people's financing wasn't approved and that he didn't want to waste his time showing it to me until I got pre-approved!!! SERIOUSLY???????? I AM NOT THEM!!!!! I personally generate a 6 figure income, currently downsizing from a large $282K home in Fishers to possibly a near downtown condo at 40 North on Meridian Condos, and credit score of 700+, not to mention I could actually afford both mortgages until my current home sells, and he had the AUDACITY to demand a pre-approval before SHOWING a property!!!!!! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT THAT I WOULD GET FINANCING FOR THE PROPERTY! Getting a pre-approval isn't what ticked me off as much as his approach...... SO LAZY & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!



If this were my property on the market to be sold and my realtor turned someone away without having being pre-approved first and refused to show my property - HE WOULD BE SOOOO FIRED!!!!!! For all he knows, some of those people who didn't get financing could have passed a good word along about the property to other prospective buyers!



Don't worry Ron Cheeks Real Estate Group - YOU WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS & I'LL MAKE SURE EVERYONE ELSE KNOWS ABOUT THIS AS WELL!!!! Bad business practices - YOU JUST LOST A GUARANTEED SALE BUDDY!!!! On to the next one!!!!! Also, don't let what they say on their website fool you - soooo far from the truth!!!! Save yourself a hassle and take your business elsewhere!
