Ron and Dustin are wonderful and do a fantastic job for a very affordable price! They repaired my ripped Louis Vuitton purse and it looks brand new. You cannot even tell which side was originally damaged. Thank you thank you Ron and Dustin!!

Exceptional and knowledgeable for task I inquired about (dying canvas shoes white to navy). Said jeans blue would work because it would not bleed through and I love the results!!!

Brought my vintage Gucci purse here after two tailors told me it was irreparable. Ron was able to fix it and did so quickly and inexpensively. The purse looks great! Bonus points for the cute dog in the shop :)

Terrible customer service! My husband and I have been going here for years. The last time I took shoes in I asked how late they were open. They confirmed 5:00. A few days later I returned to pick up my shoes. It was 9min till 5 and the owner was walking to his car. I said its not even 5 yet can I get my shoes? He just waived and got in his car. He wouldn't even say anything. Then when I went back to get the shoes he was rude and said when he is closed he's closed and he goes by the clock inside (which is 8 min fast). I told him that an appology would have gotten him further and would have allowed us to bring more business but he said they already have too many customers. I couldn't believe it. So rude! Don't go here!!!!
