Ordered a part in-store on the 3rd, and after multiple phone calls, it still had not arrived by the 22nd. Incredibly poor fulfillment of a purchase. Every time I called I was told I would get a followup phone call informing me of any further delays/seeing if I had gotten the product. Did not receive a single phone call. Even when I called and they said they'd call back in 5 minutes, I had to call again after waiting almost an hour because they failed to do even a simple thing like remembering to make a followup phone call 5 minutes later. Utterly incompetent managers constantly made excuses and took their time in giving me my refund. Would not even consider shopping here again.

Absolutely awful service. My questions were somewhat answered, but very vague and general, and one manager, Nick, is extremely arrogant, language like a sailor, and unprofessional. Just drive around the corner to guitar center, Had a much better experience, better selection, and they really know their stuff. I hate to see a family owned business run into the ground like this.
