Holy Moly!!

I found Scotty's Brew House on my favorite delivery site, "Order-In", last night. I ordered the Bison Burger with swiss cheese, red onions, pickles, sauteed mushrooms and A-1 sauce. I rank this burger as one of the top 5, best decisions I have ever made! The Bison are Indiana bred, and taste 100 times better than any Bison I've ever had. The pickles were crunchy, the onions fresh, the sauteed mushrooms full of flavor and the dash of A-1 perfectly complimented the swiss covered burger, and left me wanting more. So, today I ordered the exact same burger! I also had the cajun rice and beans as my side, which I highly recommend you experience for yourself. It had a slighty warm, spicy-ness,(which you might assume, when you see the "Cajun," in the name,) but the flavor was excellent. I'd love to try the rest of their menu, but to be completely honest, the Bison Burger has me hooked!

Wonderful!

This is one of my favorite places to go in Indianapolis. We live downtown and walk to the downtown location. Wednesday nights pitchers of beer are $7. I highly recommend Mad Anthony's IPA and the fried dill chips. Try Scotty's you won't be sorry.
