The Southeast Neighborhood School of Excellence, also known as SENSE Charter school, is a community-based elementary school that is operational since 2004. The school works to develop reading, writing, math and science skills in students. Its academic curriculum includes history, social studies and language arts. The Southeast Neighborhood School of Excellence also conducts instructive classes in art, Spanish, music and physical education. The school maintains a staff of teachers, tutors, speech and occupational therapists and counselors. In addition, it administers the Title I and English as a New Language program. The Southeast Neighborhood School of Excellence is located in Indianapolis.
