I could have stranded for my coffee to be more hot though..

As a former employee at this location, I have noticed some changes. First off, the current baristas are missing that area of quality customer service. I really don't need an attitude when I mention that my drink was made wrong. Also, during semester time, I would appriectate if the music system is turned down or all completly off. Finally, I really don't need to listen to the baristas weekend or party plans. I don't care about who's party you went to, just be engaging with the customer and leave all the personal drama off hours.

They are always so busy in there that they never give you eye contact. They work like its some assembly line. And if you want decaf no one takes you seriously. I got a cup of decaf and it was old and was cold. I guess they assume who drinks decaf so who cares but those of us that are sensitive to caffeine we do care! Overall just rude service and they don't really care what they are serving their customer. And this is all coming from someone who use to work at Starbucks and took much care to the service that I gave my customers...
