I was so impressed with the job Julie and Dave did. When they were finished my tile and grout looked like it did when it was installed 10 years ago and my grout had never been sealed! They were prompt professional and the result was wonderful.

The owners came to our home and we're very friendly, on time and very informative with us. Our carpet has not been cleaned in years and we were not expecting any miracles, but they did a fantastic job.



They were passionate about doing a good job on areas that were difficult. They took time to do every square inch, not just traffic areas. No hidden costs, no extra fees for spot work. Our house smells wonderful with the cleaners they use and looks 100 times better.. We plan on getting new carpet next year and will use there services on a regular basis.



Last but not least, the 3 room fall special offered at $99 on their website is a fantastic deal and includes your hallway and no room measurements either!

This is the second time I've used Dave and his wife's carpet cleaning business and let me tell you they are the BEST in Indy! When your a pet owner with a large dog, it's hard to keep your carpet clean. From the first time I called them out from an ad I found on Craigslist, I was hooked! They are friendly, professional, very thorough in the work they do and my carpets looks and smells AWESOME!! I have referred them to many friends and family who needs their carpet done. I'm SOLD! Prices are reasonable and no gimmicks or hidden fees like other places. They will have my business for a long time. Thank you Sterling Steam! :)

Usually when I read review I am a tad bit skeptical of their validity, but this is no hoax! My carpet was a filthy mess. From high traffic areas to yellow pet stains. They even used this special pet stain remover and it took away the stains and the odor! It looks like new carpet. They got out stains that were there for years, even the red juice and wine stains! On top of the amazing work they did, they showed me how to actually keep my carpet clean! I will never go anywhere else to get my carpet done! Thank you so much for all of the hard work you did! I never leave reviews but the service was amazing and I could not wait to tell everyone and thank you for the amazing job!

This is, without a doubt, the most satisfied I have *ever* been with a local service provider. These came in, the worked like fiends, they didn't cut a single corner, they were pleasant the entire time, and I was stunned at the price. No hidden fees, no surprises, no mess left in our basement. I'm amazed. Simply amazed.
