Terrible service. It was awful and I haven't been back since. I remember the experience vividly and that was 2003.



Waiter was downright disrespectful of my guests and the manager didn't care (and I've never want to speak with a manager because I just expect better and I shouldn't have to bring it to your attention.) I won't go into details because it may involve a legal matter, and I don't want anyone accused of libel, but it was bad. I considered calling the authorities and probably should have.



Unfortunately, I have been back to other locations, against my will but by the wise decision maker's insisting. Each and every time, we have gotten bad service, and each time with the decision maker seeming to defend the place, as if this service was an isolated incident. I beg to differ...



I just want to say that you should think twice about this chain. If you like good food and don't care about the service, then this place is meh, but the people here could care less about you and the customers that they treat as herded cattle.
