It might say 3.5 stars but it's liars trying to get good business in to cheat other people. They ARE scammers. Even the BBB says so on our phones as "scam likely" when ppl call. They brought their family, children, friends to the work place, begged ALL the time for money, didn't complete the job, called at odd hrs for help, stole some of our tools, damaged our lawn and roof. He doesn't have tree service tools. He has a chainsaw and ladder. They seemed to of played a lot of people, that's so sad. I hope karma gets them.

This tree service cut down my neighbors tree and the large tree limb fell on my 35 foot pine tree my daughter planted at 7 years old. Very rude and disrespectful. Told my husband he doesn’t like to deal with women and didn’t want to deal with me. Very poor service and poor attitudes.

Russell gave me a price to cut my tree down, I told him to cut it down. half the limbs were on the ground and he asked for x amount of money. He left and dumped his load and came back and cut the rest of the limbs out of the tree. Then Russell tells me they have another load and he will come back the next day and cut down the main part of the tree. It was about 12 feet high tree trunk. Russell said he needed the balance of the money, and promised to have the trunk down the next day. I gave him the money and he never returned. Will not return calls or messages. The BBB tried to contact Russell and he will not answer calls.

We paid Russell to come and clean up the leftover trees and brush that we had him cut down. I paid half down and while he was working on the job he continuously asked for the rest of the money and I kept saying I'd prefer to pay all of it when finished. Finally after bothering me about the money so much, I had him sign something stating he was paid in full ($1000) although the job was not completed and he would complete it by a certain date. He signed it and took the money. The next few days he didn't come back and to find out, his phone had been disconnected. I finally reached him through his wife's phone number. He fed me a bunch of lies saying his dump truck was broken etc. Now a month later, he still has yet to complete it, won't respond to texts or calls and has $1000. What a liar and thief. I encourage everyone to not use his business and beware of this criminal.

I have used several tree services over the past 40 years and Russell's team is the best service that I've ever had! He not only did excellent work on what I requested, but also did about 30% more pruning that was also needed. The cleanup was perfect and he was very reasonable.

I had his card on my desk that he passed out in the neighborhood last summer. Fortunately, I called his number since I saw no advertisement of his in the paper or mailers.

VERY HAPPY, WITH THE LANDSCAPING, AND THE TWO TREE'S THAT, ALMOST TOOK MY BACK BEDROOM WINDOW OUT! THANK YOU GUYS! AWESOME JOB! AND VERY CLEAN, WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE. IT SEEMS LIKE YOU GUYS WAS NOT HERE, BUT, EVERY THING LOOKS AWESOME.

Saved me money and did a great job.
