Store manager needs customer service training

Store employees are very nice. Very clean and nice furniture. Does not smell. Has restroom and fitting rooms.

I liked everything about this store except the manager lady. She is loud and rude to her employees. She blows a whistle at them which I think is very odd. Not very mannerable to customers. She let me and my family standing around for 30 minutes until she decided to price an item for us that was just put out. The employees apologized to us about it but she immediately disagreed. He had said the customer is always right to which she immediately replied no their not twice to us the customers. I think a little retraining is in order and drug testing because she was wired off something. Little did she know I do this for a living.

All in all I received a good price on some furniture. Iplan on giving it another go and another review very soon.
