Took too long to fix my truck. Had it for over week and half and denied me a loaner vehicle and tried to find every little thing to bleed money out of me and never answers their phones. Regret using them now in hindsight.

Completely incompetent and unprofessional service department. Do not take your vehicle to them unless you wanted to leave their lot in worse condition as it arrived. The service manager identified as Jeff is also an embarrassment to this company. The way he represented himself When I brought my vehicle in for service was shameful. He needs to be relieved of his duties immediately and replaced with someone who puts customer service as a priority.
