I have worked at Trinity Holistic Wellness for just under a year now, and it has definately changed my health for the better. I have learned so many lessons on the right choices to make for a healthier and happier me. I have lost 15 lbs in the last 3 months by simply following Dr. Carolyns advice on the best kinds of foods to eat for my body. I am also a person who was generally sick from October through March and always just dealt with it. However since I have been here and making sure my body has the proper support from immune boosters and whole food supplements I have felt healthy, happy and full of energy. I sleep better at night and have far less digestive issues. I have also seen this and a whole lot more for the countelss patients that Dr. Carolyn has helped with thyroid issues, fibromyalgia, weight loss, candida and so much more.
