In 1964, UHS became a corporation and began to service the Indianapolis area. Five hospitals founded UHS. These include Community East, St. Francis - Beech Grove, Wishard, IU Hospital and St. Vincent Fall Creek. Its products and services include hospital linen, clinical linen, operating room linen and packs, garments, VIP linen, dust control, exchange carts and on-site laundry management. United Hospital Services maintains a location in Indianapolis.
