I have had multiple packages stuck at this facility. Christmas was the worst with some being in limbo for weeks. I just lost $75 because I had to refund a buyer whose package never arrived!

Best post office I've EVER been to they offer everything there and the most important part is that everyone there is very nice...

This is without a doubt the worst sort facility that USPS has. You all should be ashamed... I have multiple packages stuck in your "limbo" of arriving here and never going anywhere.

Kind of hard to run an online business when you guys can't do your job. Get your stuff together USPS.

I shipped 3 identical packages, priority mail, to the same place in California. Two arrived but the third one is stuck in your facility. Shipped on April 21, the scan says it is sitting at your facility since 4/23 with no movement. This is a time sensitive delivery. And of course there is no way to get a live body on the phone. Yes, it is insured but I really dont want to have to try to replace it. Can you please find and move my package. 9407803699300024512099.

My package sat here for a week, then they sent it to Texas. I live in Indiana and they sent it to Texas. -.-

My Priority package has been sitting in your facility for 2 days, no new scans, nothing. I am disgusted with your service and will be calling corporate tomorrow to figure out why my package has been sitting and going no where. I know my package better not sit no more then one day more at this place or I will drive over to the Post office and get my package. You have no right to make people sit and wait on the stuff they have comeing in any package. My advice is you better get on the ball before someone makes a call to the main place to complain and get your office closed down.

This sort facility sucks been expecting a dress for a week now but for some reason my dress has been sitting in the facility for 3 days very upset won't be able to wear my dress to special event. Get it together people fix your stupid machine!!!

My son has a package here and it was supposed to be here today wow you guys really suck at your job so why did shipper pay 18$ for it to be shipped early yet your not doing anything sept messing up seem people don't respect anyone who pays more money for there stuff to arive sooner

Where is this package, Tried calling your number to speak with somebody and your stupid automatic voice thing would NOT send me to an operator who I could talk with. What is going on!?!?!? package has been stuck at your business location for 9 days now!! I hope no other packages go through your sorting department!

I have 2 packages sitting in this facility. Tracking shows TODAY as the guaranteed delivery date. Thanks so much for not delivering them!
