USA Scooter in now my "go to guy"...Called him 15 minutes before he was to close and described my "no electric" problem, in spite of a good battery. He responded, "While I want your business, have you checked the fuse in the battery box?" I told him I had (it all looked good) and he said "swap it out anyway". I did, and don't you know, it now works...Thanks....I'm coming in to USA Scooter for everything else from now on.

After being turned down by three other scooter stores telling me that my part would had to be ordered USA scooters had my part that same day with a variety of parts and accessories I got to say Jeff should have six stars friendly service and and even very knowledgeable about scooters even gave me advice with my scooter that made me feel like more than a friend that's the small business man that I will definitely tell my friends and I will be back thank you John and Jeff sincerely Jimmy B

I dropped my scooter off at USA Scooters , I had no idea what was wrong with it . I got a call and the man was very knowledgeable and very detailed with the exact problem, also gave me a choice on a new or used part. I went with the new part and its running wonderfully. The service was a quick in and a quick out , No surprises at all . I was informed of other things that will need some repair and services soon, Was not pressured into the other repairs and was told there is no hurry . I differently will be using USA Scooters . Thank you USA Scooters !

I bought a great bike for a great price! Jeff is maybe not everyone's cup of tea, he is direct and unfiltered. He is also fair and reasonable in a part of town that does not necessarily enjoy the same reputation. Local, experienced and fair. Works for me!

Jeff is awesome! He knows his scooters, and is great with you too. Sorry but was going to add this 2 days ago but life interrupted me! Have bought 2 scooters from him and he repaired one used to have is great at repairs and sales. would go to him again when needing work on scooter or buying another one anytime as long as he is around! Went to another dealer and they are not as knowledgeable about what they sell. This place knows your vehicle!!

I brought a brand new scooter for my son in 08/09. I was told that any mechanical or major problems would be covered under a 1 year warranty as long as I came to their service shop to get my regular oil changes. Unfortunately, my son fell on the scooter 2 months after we purchased it and broke the mirrors and cracked a small portion of plastic on the scooter. So it only had 265 miles on it. When I took the scooter in for service this year; I asked the owner to replaced the mirrors and the cracked piece of plastic. I also told him to change the oil and to check why it wouldn't start up. The owner called my husband a couple days later and said the scooter was ready. When we arrived to pick up the scooter our bill was $259.00. It seemed kind/of expensive but I figured it was probably correct. The owner went to the back service room and told the mechanic that we were here to pick up the scooter. My husband and I could hear the mechanic and owner trying to start the scooter up.
