My wife took her truck there for a oil change and they lost her oil cap I did not notice for a couple of weeks so I had to replace it. I know they lost it because they touched it last I asked them about it and they denied it. Fast forward 8 months she went back for another oil change they scanned her tag and gave her lots of excuses why they would not touch it long story short they would not touch it because we justifiably complained last time now because of that we are black balled from there which is just as well since I now refuse to let those hacks touch any vehicle of mine so even if you have a legitiment complaint they will discriminate against you so beware I refuse to give them any business from us again
