Great service ..friendly people..knowledge..

Paid $600+ for a vizio tv, and the remote died. Called pendleton pike store and the associate went to check stock; I waited for 30 minutes... she abandoned my call. A second call was dismissed by another associate saying "there are no managers in the store." I was polite and respectful, but be ready to deal with the worst people in society when you deal with walmart.

I frequent this store quite a lot and there has never been a time in the past year that I've come out with everything I went in for. This store used to be really well stocked and have friendly, helpful employess but that's certainly not the case anymore. This store is only open until midnight, more empoyees are unhelpful or uninterested, the store is somewhat cluttered and disorganized, and they constantly leave restocking carts in the isles with no employees to be found; This would explain why many selves are found empty whenever I go shopping here. It's usually a hit or miss situation when I shop here but It's close and quite convenient for me which is the ONLY reason I still go here.

I was actually transferred to the fitting rooms only after I was hung up on the first time. I live down the street and will drive to other locations as well because this store is below standard in my opinion. It's actually a little scarey going there during 3rd shift hours due to the unprofessional staff that's hauling skids throughout the store. Not to mention they are typically out of things, more times than not, it's bread. We've actaully started shopping at other places in general like Target and Kroger because of their poorly trained staff and quality of produce. We tried to completely boycott Walmart at one point in time but unfortunately it was very hard because of the prices of the boxed items....maybe when a better job comes along we'll be able to afford to. But I guess they've done what they've come to do......provide mediocre service with cheaply priced items.

I am not from this area but was shopping at this facility. Upon returning to my car, I noticed that my left front tire was almost flat. I drove to several nearby filling stations in search of an air pump only to find all of them out of order due to the extremly cold temperature. I drove back to this WalMart and went to the automotive repair facility.



A very nice and courteous older gentleman immediately got me to a repair bay and filled my tire so I could resume my trip. I am grateful for his immediate assistance in helping me get back on the road.

Use less. This number rings through the portrait studio's answering machine.

Walmart has good prices but its always a challenge to get checked out. Mosy likely because it is always crowded

This Wal-mart location is one of the better locations to shop and find everything you're looking for. It's a clean location and overall the workers are pretty nice. The location is great too, with restaurants, grocery stores and various other places most people frequent.
