your station had a battle of the bands to determine who would play 8 seconds new years eve steve trent won and has many who followed him to 8 seconds. we were greatly disapointed that wfms felt they did not owe it to those who came out to hear the band to let them perform until after 11 pm. our group was not just a bunch of people who did not spend money with 8 seconds we spent over 200 dollars in addition to package. would have liked to see more of the featured entertainment of the evening, and a little more earlier in the evening. dont know your reasoning for not letting them showcase their band more but hope you will reconsider for next years winner

Your station is WONDERFUL!!! It's so great to hear the songs that I know and can actually sing the words to. We have two teenagers still at home. When we are in the car and the radio is on, our oldest says, "TURN IN UP!". He loves the music. Our daughter just says "quit, Mom...you're embarassing me." I sing and click my fingers and when at a STOP sign or light...I clap my hands and "boogie" to the music. Keep up the great job you all are doing...you make the day a much more fun day!!!!
