Went and asked if they had openings to install an amp, she said yes, then asked if I had an amp already, then told me she actually didn't have openings to install. Money is money, shouldn't matter if I had an amp, they were still getting paid something rather than nothing.

My audiopipe 1500watts amp n my 1800 watts sub blew.even tho i bought the amp from them,i didnt buy the amp from them she replace the subs,n the amp i didnt buy from them she sending it back even tho i didnt buy from young audio,n on top of that she gave me a loaner amp,to my amp come back,who else would of done that for me,ThANK YOU VERY MUCH KIM

This place has A1 service. I arrived in town from college and simply walked in to see if someone could test my amp; wasn't coming on nor was my capacitor.



They not only fixed my connection, they hid my wires under my carpet properly! The also fixed the last installer's mistakes with thorough explanation.



Hands down, top in Indy! Best prices I've seen in Indy too.

I recently went to this store to do some birthday shopping for my brother and all the sales people were so knowledgeable and nice. Compared to some other car audio stores, they gave me a great deal on everything I purchased and even explained the manual to me and they made sure I didn't purchase anything I didn't need, unlike other stores that recommended i purchase a lot more. I will definitely go to them again because it seems like they really care about their customers.
