I have been a patient at Indianola Family Dentistry
for five years since the opened up, I am very satisfied and I highly recommend them and their services

I was looking for a new dentist and saw their add in the paper. I decided to try them out and couldn't be more impressed. I am glad I made the jump. They are excellent all around.

Every time I visit Indianola Family Dentistry The office is always clean and presentable. I highly recommend Indianola Family Dentistry and Dr.Lindeberg.

Coming to Indianola Family Dentistry and Dr.Lindberg is always very easy . They check in and check out process is very smooth, easy and quick.

The check in and check out process is so simple and efficient. The staff is so pleasant and easy to work with they really know how to make you feel comfortable.

Thankfully that staff member and her attitude no longer work here and is working up in Des Moines these days. Currently I believe our 2 front desk ladies are about as nice and helpful as it gets. Sorry you had to deal with crabbypants while she worked for us.

Great dentist, not so great receptionist. About a month ago I seriously cracked a filling and was in horrible pain. Called to get an appointment, hopefully same-day or next-day. Receptionist said they were booked. No problem. Understandable. So I asked her if they recommended any emergency dentists in the area because I was very new here. Never had to have dental work done ASAP. Her reply was "I don't have time to call around for you. Goodbye." Then she hung up. I wasn't looking for someone to make calls for me, just give a recommendation if they had one. That turned me off to the office. So, despite liking Dr. Lind, I had to go look elsewhere. I got my next-day appointment, my filling fixed and found an office with friendly front desk staff. I'm just sorry I had to leave a dentist I really liked.
