I purchased a Pfaff machine from this shop 25 years ago and was so satisfied with the customer service that I went back about 6 months ago to purchase my new Babylock machine. It is the same great service. Eileen is the most knowledgeable person I've found about the machines she sells and her prices are the best! Nice selection of fabric and supplies too!

I tried to buy a used sewing machine for over two months. I called every week to check on the progress and there was always some kind of excuse as to why it wasn't done. I never received a call, I only got information when I called repeatedly. That kind of customer service is unacceptable.
