Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I pulled up to the drive thru at 7pm on a Thursday night and was told that they were not taking any orders. When we asked why she said, they didn't have any chicken and to come inside. We told them we just wanted a side and they ignored us. Never experienced someone so rude. Will not ever be coming back here.

I had a very bad experience there as of March 14, 2012. I placed an order at the drive-thru and when I got to the window, I politely asked the young lady if a side come with that special and she said no. I proceeded to ask if I could add a side to my order and she rudely said, "We don't take orders at the window." Which was no problem, but I was trying to explain that I wasn't aware of that and in the middle of me inquiring about adding something to my order, she rolled her eyes and slammed the window in my face and walked off to get my order. She came back to the window and gave me my debit card and food and closed the window again and walked off. I decided to loop back around to place another order for my side that I wanted with my chicken, and as I waited behind the car in front me ordering, I could hear them placing their order and the gentlemen said he had two orders. He placed his first order and she gave him the total and for him to drive around to the window. He said, "I have another order." There was silence for about 10 seconds, and he said, "excuse me but I have a second order." She rudely came back over the speaker saying, "I heard you, go ahead with your order". The tone of that was not polite at all. Anyways, I went on to place my side order for a small cajun rice and a large sweet tea. When I got to the window, the young lady told me how much my order was and I handed her my debit card again. Little did she know, I was getting her name off her name badge as well. She came back with my order, debit card, and receipt. I pulled up from the window to checked my receipt and food as I always do and I noticed it said $6.74, and I was like I thought she said $3.74. I looked in my bag and noticed that she had given me a large cajun rice. I started to go on but I knew I didn't want all that rice and then the rice and tea cost more than my previous order. I went into the store and told the young lady at the counter, that I ordered a small cajun rice and a large sweet tea. She went over to the window to show my order and receipt to the young lady to let her know that she had gotten my order wrong. The young lady just turned and looked at me rolled her eyes and kept waiting on her customer at the window. I have never seen this young lady before because I am not even from the area. So I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but customer service should not be like that. You shouldn't take your issues out on your customers. I work with the public everyday with my job and I wouldn't dare try my customers like that even if I was having a bad day because I have to remember that one day I might be on the other side of the counter. Anyway the young lady at the counter corrected my order and she apologized for the error. I don't feel like the apology should have come from her, it should have come from the young lady at the window. Especially for slamming the window in my face while I was talking to her. It would have been very nice of her to just say "Ma'am, can you go back around or come in and place another order because we are not allowed to take orders at the window." Plain and simple as that because it would not have been a problem. Her second error was she could have apologized for getting my order wrong and not to have rolled her eyes and not say anything when the young lady told her the mistake. I will not be eating there anymore because I don't feel like my money should be spent where I can't be treated with respect.
