Rented me forklift extensions, but didn't have the retaining bolts, extensions were boxey and poorly made. Wanted them for a week, but returned them the next day since they were unuseable. They accidentally charged my cc twice for THE DEPOSIT ($200.00!!) and I had to call them twice to get it credited back!! Poor equipment, poor customer service, terrible "who cares" attitude. Plenty of other equipment rental companies around, avoid Elms unless you like problems.
