My mom decided to take my brother and I to Western Dental because it was close to where we lived, but after one visit, we are not going back. The staff were emotionless and did not help my anxiety ( I fear dentists) and when they finished, I didn't know that my face was plastered with whatever pastes they used on me and so as I stepped out to the car (past the lobby and all the people waiting there) I saw in the car mirror that the staff didn't tell me about the mess they left on my face. I felt that was a cold move, and I was really embarrased too. Also, while my mom waited for my brother and I in the waiting room, she was talking with two other mothers who were waiting for their children, and they shared with her horror stories. One mom said that her daughter was supposed to have her braces off a year ago, but that the place messed up her braces three times and had to re-do them everytime. Another lady said that for her child they did an unecessary operation.

Another horrible aspect of their service, where their front office staff. My friend's mother is a pharmacist technician and after telling her of Western Dental, she said that they have messed up prescriptions to patients before.

Overall, if you value your teeth, don't go.
