Have not received paid for book. Have supported them for years. Very disappointing. No response, emails, etc.

BEWARE of this company!! April 7, 2016 I bought AND paid for a book from this company. The last communication from them was July 7, 2016 "...scheduled to arrive from printer July 8. I will be spending the next several days putting the books in their personalized jackets and sending them on to their final destinations." I have not received my book; no voice/email messages have been returned; 2 certified letters have been ignored; no refund.
