Fairview Heights is a new affordable and supportive housing community development of Linc Housing and National CORE with Los Angeles County, Metro, and Inglewood. Fairview Heights provides 51 new apartment homes for residents earning no more than 80 percent of the area median income. An additional 50 apartment homes are set aside for individuals and families who have experienced homelessness. Located directly across from LA Metroâ??s new Fairview Heights station, residents will have access to the new â??Kâ?? line, which will run from Crenshaw to LAX and connect with Metroâ??s C and A lines.
