My daughter hired FFFAST Auto transport (which I believe is Fast Fair Friendly Auto Service â as they have the same phone number and address). She hired FFFAST to transport our Red 2014 Ford Escape from Los Angeles, CA to Lansing, IL. My daughter signed the contract on 2-28-18 and its nearly May 2018 - and we have not yet received the vehicle. We donâÂÂt mind delays, and we donâÂÂt mind unforeseeable mishaps; but we do mind that no one has returned our calls from the companyâÂÂs California office to provide any updates. We have not heard from this office since my daughter paid in full the amount requested to transport our car. We were in contact with the driver for a while; but he stopped providing updates as well. In fact, the driver lied several times â giving us delivery times and days and never showed up. We missed funerals, weddings, work, and much more waiting on deliveries. The license sticker has expired. We canâÂÂt renew the license sticker without an emissions test. We canâÂÂt get the emissions test without the car. ItâÂÂs been a horrible experience. We call the companyâÂÂs Inglewood office two and three times a day, leave messages, and no return call. I text the driver up to five times a day and no response. So, we have no choice but to file a police report - that the vehicle is missing or stolen. We also filed complaints with the California States AttorneyâÂÂs office, Attorney General, FTA, BBB, Federal Government organizations, and any and all avenues available that could assist us in getting the car back. We donâÂÂt have a choice. We donâÂÂt want anything from this company but the vehicle in the same condition it was given to them. I worry about the car being stripped for parts and replaced with junk. We worry about a lot of wrong doings by this company. We are willing to work with them and talk with them to alleviate these fears â but again, no return calls. I may be shooting ourselves in the foot by writing this; however, my family does not want any other person to go through what weâÂÂve been through these last few months.

My family is horrified by this organization. My daughter contracted FFFAST Auto transport to bring our Red 2014 Ford Escape from Los Angeles, Ca to Lansing, IL. My daughter paid in full and contracted with this organization on 2-28-18. It's nearly May 2018 and we have not received our vehicle. Delays may happen and that's no problem. Mishaps may happen again no problem. But when an organization refuses to return your calls about the location of your car; that's a real problem. The owner or main office has never returned my call, the driver has stopped answering my texts as to where the vehicle could be. In fact, the driver lied on several occasions advising that he was only days or hours away and never showed up. We missed funerals, weddings, and work - waiting on the vehicle. The license has expired and we're our of thousands because we have no access to this vehicle. We had no choice but to file a police report, and complaints with the California States Attorney, Attorney General, FTE, BBB, and every access we have on line to let people know what this organization has done. I know we my be shooting ourselves in the foot and may never see the car again by writing this review. I also know there is a good chance that the car has been stripped for parts. I don't know any of this to be true. But, what I do know is: no one from this organization sees fit to speak with me or any member of my family about what's going on with our vehicle. We don't want anyone else to go through this kind of stress. The police report had to be filed to protect my family if this organizations is up to wrong doings. I hope and pray it will soon be resolved. But, again, no responses from the company

My daughter hired FFFAST to transport our 2014 Red Ford Escape from Los Angeles, CA to Lansing, IL on 2-28-18. It's nearly May 2018 and we have not yet received our vehicle. Delays and mishaps are understanding. But what I don't understand is why we have not received any return calls from our inquiries. The driver stopped communicating with me and we have no idea where the car is or if we'll ever see it again. Since there is no communication with the company, we had to file a police report, and file complaints with the California States Attorney, Attorney General, BBB, and FTA. All we want is our car back in the same shape it was received. Because this is an auto service as well, could the company have kept our vehicle for parts? We have no idea. Our next steps will be to sue the organization for the return of our vehicle. We have no choice, because we cannot get the company to call us back.
