Jose's staff made a mistake on my taxes back in 2010. I went back a few years later when the IRS caught the mistake to have my the issue fixed. The staff admitted to the mistake costing me over $1000. Being a customer for over 10 years at the time and knowing him for over 20, I asked him if he was going to take responsibility for the mistake. Jose said he would only pay the approximate $30 of interest accrued. 4 years later now dealing with the State Board and having to pay about another $375. Needless to say Jose would not take responsibility for his company's mistake.

These guys are awesome! Very professional and courteous. The support staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their service to anyone that needs a great Tax Service or owes money to the IRS. Thank you Jose L. Gomez Income Tax Service!
