All of the teachers there are extremely hard working, caring people who are highly qualified by the State of Ohio. Great teachers and administrators run the school, which is highly organized, and contains a wonderful learning environment.

Wilder's Prep has been very good with my children. It is like each teacher wants to be involved with each and every student and make sure that they progress. They have a great curriculum. I am really glad that I chose to move them here.

My nephew goes to school here and I am so impressed with the education he is receiving. He is in the seventh grade and has been a student here for about two years. He is such a well-mannered young man and I am very proud of my nephew. I am planning on sending my child here when she is old enough!

I recently enrolled my son into Wilders and I must say I like the progress I am seeing. I notice that he seems to pick up the material from the great teachers over at Wilder's. I highly recommend them if you are in the area!

My son is currently attending this academy and loves it. He loves all his teachers and staff. He has made many friends here, and they all seem like wonderful children. I feel he has gained a lot from each of his classes and the school in general.

2 of our kids went to Wilder's Prep. We really liked the principal at that time. We are not sure who it is now. Our kids are in college now, but we have fond memories of them at Wilder's. We will be sending our youngest there next year. We hope it is as great for her as it was for the others.

My niece has been attending Wilder's for a few years now. She always has great things to say about her teacher and the other kids in her class. I have never encountered a child who genuinely enjoys going to school every day. I wish my own children had that attitude.

I wanted my children to learn in a better environment so I recently switched them from public school to Wilder's. I really like the program and my children are doing so much better. I am glad I was referred here.

Big thanks to Wilder's Prep. I was nervous to send my girl to a new school and the staff was so kind and understanding. My questions were answered and my daughter's teacher even called me to tell me she thought my daughter was making a good adjustment! Very impressed!

Everyone is provided with a handbook at orientation even before the kids attend their first class, and yet there will always be someone who violates the dress code and feigns ignorance, or doesn’t turn in homework, or can’t seem to understand the code of conduct. To those who complain that too great an emphasis is placed on standardized testing, if the children learn nothing more than what was being tested, they'd still learn a great deal more than children in other schools.

An Inglewood school is one of the top 10 independent charter campuses among more than 800 statewide, according to a report released last week by USC. The USC School Performance Dashboard, put out by the university's Center on Educational Governance, is a comprehensive report on the performance of charter schools. In its fifth year, the report ranks schools on 12 indicators, including financial resources and investment, school quality, student performance and academic productivity. Wilder's Preparatory Academy Charter was highlighted as the 10th of 10 top charter schools, as measured by the highest combined ratings. It was the only school singled out from Los Angeles County, which has the greatest concentration of charter schools in the country. The largely African-American school is a K-8 campus that opened in 2003. The school is on North La Brea Avenue.

Wilders is a beautiful school. That prepares us students and even helps the parents with the children. Show some appreciation please. I truly believe that the Wilders love us all. So I will be the first to stand up and say Thank you Wilders Prep. You are truly appreciated by me..

My family and I just moved to the area. I could not be happier we decided to send our two girls to Wilder's. It seems that the behavioral problems we had with our youngest have dissipated and I have Wilder's to that for that! I also really like our girls teachers, they both seem to really like teaching and find interesting ways to engage their students.

My daughter recently graduated from Wilder's preparatory. She originally went to public school and it was not working out for her. She felt as if she was not receiving adequate attention in her classes. At Wilder's she received all that she asked for and then some. The staff was very friendly and genuinely cared about the students.

I'm the parent of a child in Kindergarten at Wilder. We explored many schools (private, charter, public) before making our decision. I know I chose the best school.

I am a parent to a 5th grader at Wilder's Prep. My daughter has been in attendance since Kindergarten and does EXCEPTIONALLY well. I will admit there is a lot of change at the administration level not quite sure why this is, but as long as my daughter continues to excel and does well I have no complaints. Her education is my priority! Hats off to my daughter and the Wilder's!!!

I recently visited the kindergarten campus and was very impressed with the staff. The students were well behaved and their writing skills are excellent. I could not believe the kindergarten children are writing cursive. My child will be coming here next year.
