Waltonia on the River recently celebrated 100 YEARS of business! We grew up at Waltonia and are thrilled to take over operations as the 4th generation (NEW MANAGEMENT). Our family legacy is a family tradition for so many families. Making memories on the beautiful Guadalupe River! We offer 16 cabins for rent, with direct access to the river. Cabins range in size, from efficiency, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom layouts. Some cabins are 100 years old and full of charm (with window unit AC or swamp cooler)! Some are recently built and have HVAC. All cabins come with linens, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, WiFi & cable. Most have screened front porches with picnic table and BBQ pit. Our cabins sit on a circle drive, all facing the central amenity area, which includes pavilion with ping pong table, a washers pit, bean bag toss & new playground. Guests can walk directly to the waterfront (no crossing the highway!) and enjoy kayaks, canoe, fishing, swimming and the raft.
