I am local. Have eaten at Spicy Noodle several times due to convenient location for me, found employees "ok" but not friendly, sometimes ignoring customers. Manager's personality consistently bordered on being rude, food ok but not great. This week, received a takeout pizza with lots of hair on it!!! Took it back and same manager (with foreign accent--Russian?) told me she would not refund my money. My wife and I couldn't believe it! Also charged me 10% "gratuity" for takeout, including 10% on the TAX!!!! Don't think that's legal. I've never heard of automatic gratuity on takeout, ridiculous and an obvious tactic to put 10% more in their pockets. Cashier told me she could not contact owner for me, but later admitted she is in fact the owner. She was loud, rude(extremely), and unprofessional. As we departed, 2 other patrons expressed their disbelief at her behavior toward us. Will never go back. Many other places to eat better food, without hair, without paying automatic gratuity for takeout, and without very rude treatment. Don't waste your time or money, go anyplace else. Anyplace. F4Doc
