I had Boiling Springs Heating & Air Conditioning LLC out at my house last week. They came out two times to fix one of my air conditioning units which had stopped cooling the upstairs. I was told the first time that the unit should be running like new. The second time they came out they told me I needed two new parts... So I purchased the parts in cash and paid full in cash. (My mistake) The unit stopped working again after they came out twice... No problem... So I've been calling them to come back out for four days now and they will not answer my calls or complaints. I had to hire a new heating and air service to come out today and they found that one of the wires was not connected right. Meanwhile my whole family has been sleeping in 95 degree weather. This will be the last time I call Boiling Springs Heating & Air Conditioning LLC.

I called Boiling Springs Heating and Air in June because my my ac was not blowing cold air. They sent a technician in a timely fashion. What I was not pleased with is the fact that when they arrived, they went straight to the outside unit and up sold me on a coil clean which was $280. I understand they need cleaned i just moved in about 6 months ago. After they completed the cleaning which only took 10 minutes they left and hours later my ac still did not work.



I did my own troubleshooting and discovered that I had a dirty air filter. I bought a new one and voila it works like a charm. I called the company and complained and said that no one looked at my inside unit. They told me that its standard to go straight to the outside unit, which translates in my brain, go straight for the up sell. I will soon be buying a whole new unit and I will most certainly not be calling them.

Excellent service and very proffessional. Our AC went out and I have several people give me quotes and prices with various options. With HVAC, the quality of the installation is as important (if not more important) than the equipment itself. After narrowing down the companies I felt could do a quality installation, I decided to go with Boiling Springs HVAC. They were able to order the system quickly to install. They were not in a hurry with the installation and took great care to make sure it was all installed correctly. They showed up at 7:45am and worked until almost 7pm to replace the AC and gas furnace. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new system or needing service / repair done on their current system.

We were having problems initially with our original Heating and Air system and was referred to Boiling Springs Heating and Air by my brother Terry. Jason and Vaughn came out rather promptly, assessed the problem and got underway. They were efficient, thorough, and gave us great service. To add to that they were trustworthy, friendly, and replaced our system with a new one and instantly were satisfied for it kicked it right away.



Not only that but they gave me a first rate lesson on how the systems work and not only will I refer the company but Jason and Vaughn as well who worked without delay. And with a great price we were satisfied in the end.

My Husband and I have been using Boiling Springs for a couple years now. I am very pleased with Jason and his staff. extremely satisfied!

My heat went out during the night and we awoke to a very cold house. I called one company and they came out the same day and diagnosed the problem but I did not hear from them and could not reach them by phone. In frustration I stopped in at Boiling Springs Heating & Air and explained my problem. The guys had me up and running with in 24 hrs. They were very fast and did great work. They even gave me advise on things I could do as a home owner to get a longer life out of my unit and to help my unit run more efficient. I am very pleased with Boiling Springs Heating & Air and will use them again in the future.

After comparing estimates from multiple companies, my husband and I finally decided to use Boiling Springs Heating and Air to install a new system in our house. We actually ended up installing two systems, a heat pump for upstairs, and a gas furnace along with central air system downstairs. I could not have been more pleased with the service we received! Jason, along with his entire crew, were very polite and honest in our dealings. As the job progressed, I approached him with several things that I wanted to change, and they were always receptive. The system runs great, and I couldn't have asked for a fairer price. Awesome to deal with! Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends

We have used Boiling Springs Heating & Air for many years to service our Trane systems. Jason came highly recommended by a family member and in turn we would Highly Recommend them to anyone needing Heating or Air service !

Worst experience I've ever had with a company. They came and put in a new furnace for me, when they were done I would run the furnace and it kept popping the breakers. They told me I must have a short in the wiring. So I replaced the breakers and wiring and still had the problem. I called them and they said they would come out and never showed (they already had there money) called them numerous times to no avail. Finally I took matters into my own hands, come to find out I checked the wiring diagram and they had the wiring crossed going to the furnace. And there suppose the be licensed heating and cooling people!!! I wouldn't let them put a furnace in my dog house let alone a real house!!!! Two thumbs down!!!!!!! They don't deserve the one star I have to give them to post this!!!

Jason and his team did a fantastic job. We had no heat or hot water for 3 weeks because the gas company had to put in new lines. Jason loaned us a space heater since he knew it would be a while before we had heat. He always answered my calls and answered any questions that I had. Once it came time to install our new furnaces, it was done very quickly. We were very pleased with their work!

THE STAFF AT BOILING SPRINGS HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TRUSTWORTHY. THE WHOLE INSTALLATION PROCESS WAS EXPLAINED TO MY WIFE AND I UP FRONT (THERE WERE NO HIDDEN FEES). THE GUYS WORKED DILIGENTLY TO REPLACE OUR OLD DUCT SYSTEM AND AC/HEAT

UNIT. THE PRICE WAS AFFORDABLE COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES. WE ARE EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH OUR NEW SYSTEM AND THE SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOILING SPRINGS HEATING AND AIR TO ANYONE WHO WANTS QUALITY SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.

Jason came out to our house in less than (1) hour after we called him. He was very professional and efficient. It's nice to know that you can get good service like this in Boiling Springs. He didn't even charge for all the advise he gave us to maintain our logs.

These guys installed a new Goodman packaged unit for me and replaced all of my duct work. They quoted me a reasonable price and did a professional job! I look forward to their service in the future.

I needed to replace my existing heat pump system with a more efficient unit. Boiling Springs Heating and Air responded to my phone call quickly and I had had a written quote the next day. I had already gotten 5 other quotes and they beat most of them. Soon after, I signed the contract. They arrived at my house WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. The guys worked all day to get my unit in and even did some extra work to make sure it was installed properly. I was up and running by the evening. Friendly, honest and professional service.

Jason the owner of the business answered my call and came that day. It was fairly late in the afternoon when I called to schedule an appointment for the next day, but to my surprise Jason and another one of his employees arrived at my home within the hour. Jason told me that he could have my air conditioner up and running in no time. And he did. After being told by another company that they didn't know what the problem with my A/C unit was to hear him say it would be no problem was music to my ears.

I had a 4 ton coil for my Air Conditioner fixed and they were the best. Jason was so honest and wonderful. I had called other places and they were ridiculous. I recommend him highly. Everything works wonderful. He really cared and did not want to rip us off - very trustworthy.

I had to have my entire system replaced. Ducts, AC and gas heat. I am very pleased with BSHA. I got estimates from 3 companies and he was best price and best service. He worked long days to get the duct work replaced and my air going since it was still in the 90's.

Our heat pump(air conditioner) compressor went out. I called Sears on 7/2 and they couldn't come out until 7/13. I called Boiling Springs Heating & Air and they came out 7/3 and hooked up a full outside airconditioning unit for us to use until we got the compressor. When the compressor came in they came back out and installed it in our unit and took their unit back. We will very satisified with the work and really appreciated the fast service and being able to have air when the temps were in the 90's
