Karen is great! She takes so much time helping my brides choose the perfect flowers. Her arrangement and bouquets are always gorgeous! She did an arbor for me that was to die for!

Ordered five boutonnieres for a wedding. Agreed to have a single wihte rose bud, with a small feather and small berries. Day before wedding husband picked up flowers, Ha! came home with white roses with babies breath. Had to use them. Buds were dead couldn't pin to tux, fell apart. Owner promised to refund money. Wedding 3 weeks ago still no refund. Could have ordered same flowers from Sams Dead flowers,poor customer service. Is that why this place is in a cold, nasty place in Gramling!
