I switched to Palmetto after being with Regions Bank for many years. The main reason I changed was the lack of customer service skills at Regions and after many years of banking there they never remembered my name. Palmetto on the other hand has outstanding customer service and they remember their customers! They treat you like family, so if you're reading this review because your thinking about being a new Palmetto customer then give them a try, you will be very pleased. :-)
