Service doesn't exist here/ it takes 10 minutes to even make a payment by telephone and Heaven forbid if you have the slightest claim/ the best they will do is give you a toll free number of the claims office in Saigon or Hong Kong or something like that and then refuse to do anything to help you/ I would rather have an agent in Hong Kong than deal with these fake people/ If you wNt to pay your premiums to a place that will do absolutely nothing for you , by all means go there/ otherwise, find any other agencies to do business with/ These people care absolutely nothing about their customers and my family is leaving them immediately!!
