Gullett Title has two locations in both Palatka and Interlachen Florida. I could rant and rave about how they conduct business, but feel the best thing to say is "BEWARE".
If you do get put in a situation where you have to use them as a closing company, then review all of your documents closely and watch for fluff charges. They also like to add a "forensics charge" which is for keeping your transaction in a safe place for future review. Your closing docs can always be found through your county where the transaction was recorded at no cost to you.
Don't be persuaded by the smoosing you will get from this father and son team. It is all a facade.

Very incompetent. But worst of all very cavalier in their dealings with customers. Their closing charges for a simple home sale amounted to over $800. There are several real estate attorneys and title companies in the area who charge $400 - $500 for better service. Avoid them if possible. YOU get to choose who closes the deal, if you're the seller. Do not let your Realtor pick, shop around and be smart!

Nice people, but not very competent. The older woman who handled our transaction was pleasant enough, but not diligent in follow-through and very lax in follow-up. Overall, if you can use another title company in the area, I'd suggest you do so.
