Dropped my car off in the morning for an alignment. Called over lunch to see if it was ready (never got a call saying it was done), was told yes. Handed me my keys and said everything looked great. Tech only aligned 3 of the 4 wheels, the 4th was not even close to being aligned. This was very evident by the print off I was given. Was told to come back in an hour. Picked up the car that afternoon. Tech managed to get grease all over the outside and inside of my door (why does everyone have to touch paint?). Took awhile to clean but I can overlook that. However the alignment machine managed to scratch all of my wheels. I feel I was very calm and courteous asking about how this happened. Was told very rudely by owner that no warranty was implied and damage to wheels should be expected. I asked to see any paperwork I signed or was shown saying that, he told me that if he told customers that, he wouldn't get customers. He felt that his shop was not responsible to cover any damages they may inflict. Very rude and unprofessional.
