THE BEST!!!! I had a couple of recall issues on my 2006 Cobalt. My recall notice initially referred me to Rosedale Chevrolet, specifically stating a loaner vehicle reservation was available for the fix. Rosedale refused me a loaner vehicle, and also denied my recall claim for #12191. I called the company customer service and my representative set things up for me with Mauer instead. Not only was I given a fantastic loaner vehicle right away, they ordered me a brand new gas tank, did a complimentary safety inspection with free estimates on any (no pressure) maintenance that my car could use. Everyone was very helpful, honest, and friendly. I've already told them that I'm looking to upgrade on cars in the next year or two and be very glad to buy my next car from them. They stand by the quality of the company product and their customer service is REALLY #1!!!!

Mike helped me immensely when buying a new car. He was an excellent salesman and open and honest. He did everything and more to help me get the car I wanted with little or no hassle at all. He went above and beyond with friendly service. It was the best car experience I have had. I love my new car and am so thankful.

When trusted people use the word trust to deceive. (AT MAUER CHEVROLET)

I was very excited to work at Mauer Chevrolet the day I was hired. They hired me to sell cars and I do love cars. Suprisingly, my training consisted of a one hour lecture, a stack of books and two hours of paperwork. No problem, I am an adult and can figure this stuff out, baptism by fire if that is what they want. In hind site, why invest in a employee when you expect them to quit. I should have known something was wrong from the beginning. The other employee's basically ignor you but I was willing to be outgoing and be the one to develope relationships. God help you if you have a question, the managers sit on their pompus stools and hurl insult at you without cause. I figure I must be interupting the tv show they are watching all day long. I thought I was at work and we were to help each other out to be successful. They sit there and swear(vulgar and debase), one even tell's me how he wants to punch me in the head. They laugh about how (Nate) I burried this guy today. I

They don't follow thru on their advertising

On April 16, 2010 - Mauer Chevrolet ran a full page ad stating that EVERYONE got Employee Pricing on every new vehicle in stock. My next door neighbor (GM employee) just bought a 2010 Tahoe and got GM employee pricing (current incentives plus additional $3000 off(which is the employee incentive on this vehicle) off the "Prefered Price" on the vehicle invoice. I called Mauer Chevrolet - ready to buy at this Employee price. I was told I COULD NOT GET the full $3000 employee discount since I was not actually an employee!!! TALK ABOUT TRICK / MISLEADING ADVERTISING!!!
