Terrible customer service. I signed a lease for some space and it took over 2 weeks just to get a key card to get into the storage lot. Then, when I brought my camper over for storage, the key card didn't work. All of my phone messages have gone unanswered. Why would I want to trust my camper to these folks? I'd give "0" stars if I could!
