I was told by a friend that this company sells propane when they called me back they told me they no longer do that

Very Disappointed!!!!!!! I made an appointment last week for pool heater service, due to the fact you serviced our heater last year, and we used it very little, and malfunctioned again. I was told you would be here first thing Tuesday morning. When I called at 9:40 am to see what time I should expect him, I then learned that he would not be able to make it this week. I am having a reunion in which I have not seen these individuals in 17 years and wanted the use of the pool heater. I understand situations occur that may be out of your control but guess I was more irritated by the fact that no one had called to let me know.
