I just came back from this place, 4/12/2019...what a joke and a huge rip-off. I paid almost $30 dollars to have my car washed and waxed outside and vacuumed inside. Then they charged me extra to clean the floor mats they said they remove them and wash them. Also paid extra to have the rims cleaned. They did nothing to the floor mats other than normal vacuuming the rim cleaning amounted to them taking a hand-held squirt bottle from a standing position, 3 to 4 feet away and spraying the rims with two squirts of liquid, some of the mist did get on some of the rim. I personally watched ever step from start to finish. When my car was beginning the automatic wash part, I went to the front desk and asked them what I was supposed to get for my extra charge for the floor mats. She told me that they remove them and wash them, when I told her that they did nothing but vacuum the inside she told me “well we are shorthanded today and then went to the back. When she returned she told me that they are taking the mats out and cleaning them right now... Sorry, I have been watching my car come down the automated wash line, they could not have even got to my car if they wanted to. I waited for them to complete their job. And went out to my car, the floor mats still had sand and dirt on them. I took it back inside and placed it on the counter upside down covering the counter top with sand and grit. The girl took my one floor mat and had them vacuum it again. It still came back dirty. The owner or manager, I don’t know which, walked by and said that they can’t take anymore time cleaning my car. The moral to this story is... IF YOU WANT TO “OVER PAY” FOR A CAR WASH AND NOT HAVE THEM DO WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND STILL HAVE DIRT ON YOUR WINDOWS, CAR AND FLOORS GO TO THIS PLACE! You are a fool if you go to this place!

Burn Your money - it's more fun than dealing with these people!

We tried Full Service Car Wash in Inverness to have our RAM Truck detailed. This turned out to be a really bad idea. I wanted a good interior detailing as I had recently purchased the truck privately, and it really was dirty. I was quoted $80 to have the inside detailed so I made the appointment. When I returned to pick up my truck, I went inside to pay and they only charged $60. I figured it wasn't as dirty as I thought. Then my wife came in and said I had better look inside before paying – too late – I had already paid. When I checked the truck I couldn't believe my eyes. There had been no effort to remove any stains, there was surface dirt in the door panels, there was surface dirt over the visors, beside the seats, and all over. The carpeting wasn't even damp so they hadn't shampooed the carpets which were also dirty. The manager said the stains wouldn't come out but the dirt easily came off on our fingers with no effort. I asked for a refund and the manager threw a $20 bill at me and told me to go back up to Canada and never return. He cursed and swore at me, and was very belligerent. His staff outside called my wife and I fat asses and also continued to curse at us. I don’t know how anyone can stay in business and treat customers this way. Search around the internet and you will see more experiences similar to mine. Be warned!

Brought my crossover in for "full service" wash. They are supposed to wash and hand dry the exterior including the windows. Wash interior windows and vacuum. There were still french fries on the floor, they only did the front interior two windows and my wheels were still filthy. I was charged and extra $2.00 because they classified my car as an "suv" and then didn't even clean the entire car. Now on my day off I have to go home and redo it myself. Waste of $18.00!

On arrival the staff was friendly and quick to serve. But the $16.95 was was less than impressive and the wipe down/dry/windows, etc., disgusting. The owner/manager had lots to say... they had worked 8 hours, red cars were hard to wash, most bugs just don't come off and most people don't notice, that the puddle of water on the mat would dry.. btw, I didn't have the mats washed! The wheel covers looked like a dog had attacked them individually. The bottom line was what was promised as "a good job and good service" ended up as the best of excuses. My first visit is my last. No thanks - next time I'll spray bay!
