Mr. Indelicato is an honest man. I received clarity about my issue with a recommendation. I'm grateful to have received his insightful perspective.

After nearly a year Mr. Indelicato knew nothing of my case without looking back at "text messages".
He would tell me to do something, i would comply then Mr. Indelicato would deny ever instructing me if it turned out to not be in our favor. In a specific insistence he said he didn't remember what he told me because it was "over 7 months ago"! The lack of knowledge on my case after nearly a year, with constant contact, was extremely worrisome to me. He could not ever tell me what our game plan was or have anything planned prior to trail. When my simple concerns were brought up Mr. Indelicato got instantly offended. The list goes on but the point is DO NOT use this attorney unless you are ready to lose your case.

DO NOT FALL VICTIM!!! My father hired this joke of a lawyer for $3500 and was promised he could get him off his charge. He forced my elderly father to take a plea deal on a charge when the victim wasn’t cooperating because he was a meth head. If you love your freedom I’m warning you to seek council elsewhere!

Was not pleased with how my issue was handled. Made many false promises that He didn’t even come close to delivering on. Be aware!!! Run away and find a good one.

I used Joe as my divorce attorney. I was very pleased with how things turned out. He is a great attorney. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney.

I was referred by a friend who had used Mr. Indelicato. I hired Mr Indelicato to handle my divorce and a subsequent land transfer. He did an excellent job on both. Anytime I have ever called him for info, he helped me. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney.

We paid him a few thousand dollars plus filing fees, server fees, ect. He went to court once. Didn't bring up anything we discussed before court. For weeks after court we tried calling and leaving messages and text messages that were NOT returned. one day chuck calls us demanding a few more thousand dollars. We informed him that when we received a return call to set up moving forward with our custody case we would gladly pay them the money they were requesting, which joe did next to nothing. I had to do all the research and email it to his wife. We never heard from them. It's been about a year now and my husband was in lowes picking up materials when he hears a man calling him a "pussy motherfucker" he turns around to see Joe Indelicato and his wife Kathy! unprofessional!! My husband ignored him and goes to load the truck when Indelicato walks out of lowes with his wife and begins saying "see that pussy motherfucker right there, he won't say shit to me" I was floored! DO NOT USE THEM

"BEWARE" this is a very, very, BAD law firm to do any type of business with what-so-ever!!! Joseph Indelicato is not only DISHONEST, he is a great big LIAR as well. He will also OVER-CHARGE you for his services. Kathy, his wife, who works for him as a Para-Legal, does most of his work, but he will still CHARGE you $300-$350 an hour for her services. Chuck, his accountant, is also a NIGHTMARE. He only bills you when you RANT & RAVE about not receiving a bill in MONTHS, up to 4-6 months at a time. STAY AWAY, unless your looking to be RIPPED-OFF by him and his firm.
