WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. TOOK EQUIPMENT TO THEM FOR REPAIR AND SPECIFICALLY ASKED THAT I GET A CALL WITH AN ESTIMATE. THEY FIXD THE EQUIPMENT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION AND CHARGEDME MORE THAN IT WOULDCOST TO BUY A NEW ONE. TOLD THEM THEY DID NOT HAVE MY AUTHORIZATION TO DO REPAIRS WITHOUT MY CONSENT FIRST. THEY HUNG UPON ME . DO NOT USE INVERNESS EQUIPMENT THEY ARE RIP OFFS.

We have purchased several supplies at Inverness Equipment and Repair LLC - blades, batteries and a very expensive bagger over a period of maybe 2 years or so - Unfortunately they have no recollection of our past purchases which is sad for a business not to recognize a consumer. The purpose for our call was to repair our mower. As to their prices with regards to repairs; their pick up price is ridiculious especially for a repair within a 1 mile radious. When I asked if pickup fee could be negotiated because we live very close to their shop; the wife of the owner asked me where had I purchased the mower and how many purchases I have made in the past at their shop while totaling ignoring my simple request of working with the pick-up fee. After several minutes of getting nowhere, I asked her to have her husband return the call because I felt that this pickup fee could be worked out. To date no call has been returned. I contacted Husqvarna and their response is the mower is out of warranty and they cannot help me. So yes I do agree with the previous entry. This is the worst customer Service. Husqvarna is a bit overrated, next time we purchase a mower it will not be a Husqvarna. Guarantee your jobs some other way. Customer service is the key to success in any business. Buyer beware - our outcome turned out good because they never returned our call back. So off we go we shall find a good reliable person to service our lovely mower.

The worst costumer service in the Inverness area. Very rude, nasty people. Additionally, Their prices are three to four times higher than any other businesses selling the same items. They need to be put out of business. Don't go there for parts or services.

I am warning you all about Inverness Equipment And Repair LLC they do not know what they are doing, I brought my chain saw in for a tune up and new chain, they said it would be 10 days, that was in Aug, after 20 days and no call from them I called and they stated they would get back to me the day I called, neediness to sat 5 days later when I called they offered another excuse and said they will get back to me. I told them I will be gone for 5 days and will call them when I get back. Called them in OCT and said the repairman will need to get a part, OCT 31 still nothing, so I picked it up ,,, NOT WORTH the hassles and lies

Beware I had my rider lawn mower taken in to Inverness equipment & repair for carburetor issues and when i got it back yesterday much to my surprise they fixed the carburetor which is all i wanted them to do in the first place, but they took it upon themselves to change my blades which were only two months old. They also put on a new belt, spark plug, a used right front tire all with out my consent. My bill was over three hundred dollars. I called today and asked why but all the lady kept saying was it needed all these other parts. And some were used parts. My mower was cutting fine and i had no problems with it outside of tthe carburetor issue. So be warned about Equipment & Repair LLC. They will put parts on you don"t need and used parts at that. For an oil & filter change of a push lawn mower they charge $48.00 while others in Citrus County charge under $25.00, some include sharpening the blades for that price.
