I ordered no onions and they put extra onions on my sandwich. I used to love this place but I am sure the employee did it on purpose because I asked 3 times.

I ordered a tuna sub with onions. What I got tuna with soggy lettuce, tomatoes. Simply put it was an offull sandwich. This my 2nd visit.
The first was just as bad. I would recommend folks go Publix up the road for great subs.

I really want to like this new Jimmy John's in Inverness but cannot if they can't bother to get my order correct. I ordered a turkey sub, minus mayo, plus provalone cheese and plus avocado spread. At home I found I had received no cheese and no avocado but the sub had plenty of not-ordered oregano on it which wasn't very pleasant. On the receipt I read that they charged me $1.50 extra for the cheese and avocado which was not supplied. I ended up paying extra for a dry and not-so-tasty sandwich. It was ordered online from home but still needed to be made when I showed up at the drive-thru window. I will still give them another chance the next time I want a sub but they are batting zero so far. If they screw up royally again I will be done with them.
