Joe's Carpet was SOLD back in June !! It's now called Joe's Carpet and flooring LLC So everything you see pertains to the new owners !!! totally different new people !!!!Here's to the original owners of Joe's Carpet thank you for all the years you did a wonderful job !!!

I hired Joe's carpet to install floors in my home. The first time they didn't show up and said there Van was broken. It is thanksgiving and I have family coming so they are in a hotel. Then the workeys show up and ruined my new paint job and left creases and bubbles thru out my some house. They used white corking on oak cabinets and flooring in my kitchen. When the so called manager Bill came out he was rude and basically could not care. I have yet to hear from anyone and now am going to file a small claims lawsuit against them as well as call 8 on your side news. Run and save your money. They are not even the real Joe's carpet. They bought it 5 months ago and are using his good reputation to ruin people's homes.

I needed some carpet work done immediately on stairs in my living room. The staff helped us find a beautiful remnant and got the job done in two days time. It was an unreasonable request a for me to ask to have it done right away and they got it done with a smile. I have talked to several employees and very one has been professional. The job was difficult and looks perfect!!! Thanks all Great job!!

BUYER BE WARE. I stopped in the carpet store in Cyrstal River because of all the customer satisfaction signs in the window. Now I wonder how they got them. This is the WORST place I have ever gotten carpet. I was given a sample of the carpet that was to be installed and it was not installed. A very poor grade of carpet was installed instead. When I called to have someone come and look at the carpet, the lady screamed at me and said that it would cost them money to send someone out. She was screaming at me so much that I hung up the phone. I would never do business with them again.

as for the price they r the cheapest around the county followed closely by michaels floor covering everyone that i delt with was nice except the female owner she is the rudest business owner ive ever delt wit she threatened to cancel my order because i called to many times trying to set up when to pick up the carpet i already purchased

they are great!!! service was the best we have ever had. sales people were so helpful, and understanding of our budget and prices were the best by far, I really shopped all over, every store in the county!! installation was perfect!! THANK YOU JOE'S CARPET!!!!!
