Horrible experience!!Worst hair cut ever!!.Went for haircut,they have a sign walk-ins welcome.Jennifer ,one of they hairdresser said she can cut my hair,after she was done with the haircut she said that she will not going to blow dry my hair ,she has another client,I told it's fine.Went home ,blow -dried my hair and find out that one spot on the left side was about TWO INCHES shorter!!!! called her and I wanted to come back same day and let her fix it ,,but she told me she is busy for the rest of the day and I have to come another day .REALLY????Never again,Rena's hair designers,never again!!

WORST EXPERIENCE I' VE HAD AT A HAIR SALON IN OVER 35 YEARS ! CAN'T CUT HAIR AS I WANTED IT ALL ONE LENGTH BUT GOT THE RIGHT SIDE ALMOST CUT DOWN TO A. BUTCH & THE LEFT, BACK, & TOP ARE WHATEVER VARIOUS LENGTHS
SHE CUT THEM TO! WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!

Tina has been my stylist since she started working at Rena's several years ago. I've had many stylists over the years but not one of them can beat her. You can feel confident that she will always give you professional service with a smile.
