    BEWARE

    The adjusted knee brace had an increased, hard less inflexible and were extremely painful. I was told my knee would get used to the brace. I attempted to wear it following instructions. As a result I got a large bruise that swelled up on my knee. I had to have a cortisone injection and therapy to reduce the swelling. I returned the knee brace and asked for a credit. I was told they it was custom made so no credit would be given. A very unprofessional approach to customer care and satisfaction.
